Garba Dance Class

Join us for an energetic and joyful Garba dance class led by Gaitrie Subryan, who has trained in this vibrant folk dance from Gujarat, India for over 15 years. Garba is more than just movement—it’s a celebration of rhythm, connection, and culture. Traditionally performed during the festival of Navratri, Garba brings communities together through circular patterns of dance, clapping, spinning, and storytelling through steps.

In this class, you’ll learn the foundational footwork, rhythmic patterns, and graceful arm movements that make Garba such a dynamic and captivating dance form. Whether you’re new to Garba or have danced before, this class offers a welcoming space to move, connect, and feel the joyful energy of this cultural tradition.

Experience how dance can build community, uplift the spirit, and celebrate the beauty of tradition. All levels welcome!
