Bhangra Dance Breakdown
Basic Hop: Lift one foot, hop on the other, and repeat with the opposite foot.
Adding Variations: Lift legs higher, add shoulder movements, or use props like khundas.
Purpose of the Hop: Adds energy with vibrant jumps, creates rhythm by synchronizing with the music's beat and serves as a transition between steps.
